Cancellation Policy
In order to schedule an appointment at Balance and Composure Massage + Spa, you must consent to our cancellation policy PRIOR TO BOOKING.
All appointments in our Spa are required to be reserved with a credit card.
We understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, clients must allow us at least 24 hours notice prior to changing or canceling and we will handle your reservation and waive the cancellation fee. If you reschedule or cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your appointment time, your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the full price of ALL scheduled services. If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, your credit card will be charged for the FULL price of all scheduled services. Because each service is by appointment and we reserve the therapist’s time and the room for only one guest at a time, we have this policy in place.
If you must reschedule or cancel your reservation within 24 hours notice, but you find a client to take your reservation, the cancellation will be waived.
Please note, there are very few exceptions for this policy.
In the event that someone close to you has passed away, your cancellation fee will be waived.
In the event that you test positive for COVID-19, you may be asked to provide proof of a positive test and your cancellation fee will be waived.

This cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keep our services scheduled and filled at all times. No refunds will be given as a result of shortened sessions due to client’s tardiness or missed appointments.
